Had abad accident with 3herniated discs inmy spine. Out of13k Ihad tobeg them for afull thousand ofmy money. They tried togive meabout $800.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I would never use them again. Customer service was awful and they donot care about their clients.

Very rude, inefficient and slow. Waited for responses totexts, voice mail oremails and felt like wewere aburden. First attorney was arrogant and unprofessional. Changed lawyers representing usseveral times; therefore making usrepeat everythimg from the start. Finally settled for somuch less than wedeserved after 3years.

Got into anaccident 3yearsago. Went toKen Nugent firm. They took good care ofme. The staff are friendly. The lawyers and paralegal are quick toresponse toemail. Mycase took abit longer because ofCOVID and some unforeseen circ*mstances but the firm was able toget mesome compensation. Iwill highly recommend Ken Nugent law firm toanyone.
